A route inspired by a post on the fellrunner forum by Dave Sargent where he ran up and down all the 7 ridges of Blencathra in one go. I run over the Luss hills and worked out a route that takes in all the hills overlooking Glen Luss, its about 18 miles with 8000' of ascent. A mixture of grassy paths, deer tracks and tussocks.
